The hope of the electorates at everywhere that the democratical system is flourishing, is voting a leader who will join hands with them to make the light work, and wipe away their tears and restore their communities’ lost glory.

As a governor, you can’t absorb every one into the Government parastatals, others have to sacrifice the privilege to others, but to make every one feel contented with your style of leadership, a leader has to earn their trust in order to make them believe in his government policy.

His Excellency, the executive governor of Bauchi state, senator Bala Muhammad Abdulkadir, has obviously employed this strategy into his administration, apart from enlightening and educating the citizens about the government policies, it also helps the governor to extinguish every fire that arises in the state related to his leadership style.

I am talking about the two media parleys chaired by the governor himself, the first one was conducted on 10 Sep, 2020, in respect to the issues surrounding the salary payment, the nominal roll, and payroll sanitization, while the second one was conducted on 1 October, 2020, on the independence day regarding the issues related to youth and women empowerment in the state.

Government has ethics and the way things are done, thus it is unanticipated process for someone outside the System to have a genuine knowledge of how the jobs are being carried out based on the hierarchy of positions, which makes it easier for those in the system to execute their selfish plans and attribute it to someone else.

His Excellency, Senator Bala, might not have known the impact of this strategic solutions he embarked upon has been living on the hearts of the citizens of Bauchi, but he is surely revolutionizing the mentality of most people about politics and governance.

We have witnessed the regimes of the past governors who were defamed and untruthful rumors were spread against them to create hatred in hearts of the masses due to the communication gap between them and the governed, which later on became an obstacle to their re-election bid.

You can’t agree more that any governor who abandons the inclusion of youth and women into his administration, his running for second term vision will possibly be halted, and most of the critical discussions on those parley’s grounds, were done to shade some light on the untrue hearsays in circulation as encouraged by his Excellency.

There were even some highly respected personalities in the state who started to cry out regarding the stagnancy of women and youth, but no one who follows the government affairs has ever tried to paint the governor black about salary or youth and women empowerment after that comprehensive explanations offered in those occasions.

It was indeed a vindictive event for his Excellency, governor Bala, considering how questions and answers session was provided for the guests, they asked any question that itches them in hearts directly to the relevant office they’re curious about, without a middle man, which people tagged as the first of its kind in the history Bauchi.

As we are an eyewitnesses of how the people engaged in the salary fraudulence were punished and their names published on reputable newspapers as promised, to serve as a deterrent to others, we sincerely encourage the arrangements of such media parley concerning any issue that seems complex, and hope that, youth’s and women’s welfarism programs will be implemented as soon as possible, as you proved to the good people of Bauchi state that our complains are heard.
