Bauchi Speaker disburses 6.2 million naira to supporters in Ningi

Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Abubakar Y Suleiman has disbursed the sum of six million, two hundred thousand naira to members of his support groups in Ningi.

Speaking during the disbursement ceremony which took place at Ningi Local Government Secretariat of All Progressive Congress (APC), today, the Speaker explained that the gesture is meant to further appreciate the massive support and unalloyed loyalty he has been receiving from the support groups.

He stated that it has been his culture to splash cash and deliver other humanitarian and philanthropic services even before he join politics thus today’s disbursement is continuation of unbundling of various packages he prepared for his supporters and all constituents.

The Speaker added that in less than three years of his election as representative of the people of Ningi Central Constituency, he has executed so many projects and programmes and facilitated projects from both the State and Federal Governments.

According to him, apart from the ongoing roads construction in the Constituency, renovation and rehabilitation of schools and hospitals which he facilitated, he is pursuing many other projects from both the State and Federal Governments such as Galala Irrigation Scheme, Kafin Zaki Dam and dualization of GSS Ningi to College of Health Technology road.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ningi Local Government Alhaji Sarki Kingdom commended the Speaker for once again paying back to people who worked for his victory.

According to him, the Constituency has never witnessed representation like that of the Speaker going by the numerous achievements recorded in the Constituency.

One of the beneficiaries, Sirajo Abdullahi Drogba expressed his deep appreciation to the Speaker for the cash donation which he said he will put into good use to enhance his economy and that of those around him.

While urging the Speaker to maintain the tempo, he prayed that Almighty Allah will elevate the Speaker to the National Assembly in order to bring more dividends of democracy to the people of the area.

The beneficiaries received between one hundred and fifty thousand naira, one hundred thousand naira and fifty thousand naira while new brand tyres were donated to the Party for the new vehicles donated to it.
