BAFCO to produced 4,000 metric tons of fertilizer against this year’s dry season farming

Bauchi State Fertilizer Company BAFCO has revealed its plan to produce about four thousand metric tons of fertilizer before the launching of Dry season farming.

The Executive Chairman of the company Alh Baffa Aliyu Misau disclose this during an interview with Martaba FM in his office.

Alh Baffa Aliyu Misau said that the Bauchi based fertilizer company was committed to produce more qualitative fertilizer so that the farmers will be given an offer to produce food that will compete in the National market.

He also stated that since his assumption to office, achieved so many successes in terms of sourcing money to increase the number of fertilizer being produced by the company to about 22 trucks within one week.

The executive chairman also added that the Bauchi state fertilizer company within the two weeks produced about twenty one thousand bags of fertilizer which is best of it kind.

” the company used to produce fertilizer and also supply it to states like Gombe, Taraba, Kaduna, Plateau and some areas within the axis of Nassarawa state.”

” we also ensure that our fertilizer is produce in best quality, because after production we used to take our product to laboratories in Ife, ABU Zaria as well as the ATBU test laboratory” he said.

Alh Baffa Misau stated that the company is working with about 17 partners who have registered with the Fertilizers producers and suppliers association of Nigeria where the company produces the Fertilizer for them.

He therefore promise to ensure operation of quality work by the machines, payment of salaries to staff as well as improving their welfare.
