APC chieftain donates clothes to orphans, less privilege in Bauchi

One hundred and fifty orphans and less privileged children in the Dass local government of Bauchi state benefited from the donation of clothes.

The Senior Special Assistant on Youth Developments Bauchi State, Office of the APC National Youth Leader, Ayuba Hassan, who donated the clothes explained that “The gesture is out of the humanitarian will to impact to the lives of the orphans and other less privileged individuals.

“I believe that this support will impact their lives positively, especially the Christian faithful who will be celebrating Christmas in a few days from now.”

He emphasized that the donation is purely humanitarian service without any political motive.

Ayuba appreciated the founder of Unubiko Foundation, Chief Chijiike James, and the Executive Director, Humanitarian Affairs, Northeast Development Commission, NEDC, Musa Umar Yashi for their support to the success of the exercise.

On his part, the All Progressive Congress, APC Publicity Secretary Dass local government, Saidu Bala appreciated him for the gesture.

He stated that the philanthropic act has come at the time it is most needed.

“On behalf of the community and party leadership, no one can express our gratitude.

“We can only pray for him to maintain the tempo.”
