Bauchi Speaker Defects To PDP From APC.

The Speaker, Bauchi State housye of Assembly, Abubakar Y Sulaiman has dumped All Progressive Congress APC for the People’s Democratic party, PDP.

The Speaker, made the declaration during a Ramadan Iftar, organized by Governor Bala Mohammed for stakeholders from Ningi, Warji, Toro and Dass Local government areas, held at the government house, Bauchi.

The Speaker, said he dumped the APC for the PDP, considering the developmental projects executed by the Bauchi state Governor, Bala Muhammad Abdulkadir.

He also commended the members of the state assembly, for the support and cooperation, given him, while expressing his support and loyalty to the present administration of the PDP, for the growth and development of the state.

Responding, Governor Bala Muhammad, said his administration would continue to provide dividendy of democracy to the people of the state.

Bala Muhammad also called on traditional rulers and local government chairmen to be vigilant, considering the security challenges affecting some areas of the state.

In his address, the state Chairman of the PDP Alhaji, Hamza Koshe Akuyam urged the stakeholders of the Party to be just and fair in selecting candidates, that will contest various elective position during the 2023 general Elections.
