“The hunter will always be the hero until the lion tells its story,” proclaims the lion, symbolizing the marginalized or oppressed group whose voice and perspective have been overshadowed or silenced by the dominant group (represented by the hunter).

However, it would be unfair to solely, blame the hunter, as it was their choice to share their own narrative.

Hence, it becomes imperative for the lion to reclaim its voice and recount its story, challenging the prevailing narrative and offering an alternative perspective.

In this particular narrative, my intention is to portray both the hunter and the lion as heroes. Consequently, the lion, represented by people, emerges as an unsung hero in its own right.

Today, we commemorate the tenure of President Bola Tinubu, the 16th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. Countless individuals exerted tremendous effort to ensure the triumph of his administration.
Despite facing adversity, including the Central Bank of Nigeria’s controversial Naira Redesign policy aimed at inciting opposition towards the APC, there were individuals who steadfastly championed Tinubu’s candidacy against all odds.

Dr Musa Babayo Talban Katagum was one such guy who braved the system and went all out to push for the Jagaban’s win, and in this case, his heroism has been recognized and will undoubtedly be rewarded.

But today I stand before you to present the accounts of Tinubu’s customized Train Dr Musa Babayo deployed in campaigning for Asiwaju in all the nooks and crannies of Bauchi State despite being to some extent the headquarters of the Atiku’s movement of the rowdy sort donated by the State Governor.

Despite losing his Governatorial Primaries in APC, he didn’t left and change a party or playing underground against APC like how many did. He still supports Tinubu/Atiku with his life and his money, including his resources and connections.

This Heavy Campaign Train became an integral part of the Tinubu and Kashim campaign efforts. Customized with powerful speakers capable of captivating audiences kilometers away, the train commanded attention and left a lasting impression.

Manned by a skilled and nimble pilot, the train stood prepared to carry out its mission, traversing from one location to another, reaching even the most remote trenches and hamlets.

Meanwhile, Talban Katagum stood at the rear, armed with his microphone, passionately urging the people to vote for Bola Tinubu as President and supporting APC candidates for various offices.

To the surprise of many, the train’s pilot possessed an exceptional familiarity with every route across the 20 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state, skillfully navigating the varied terrain.

Each day, as the melodic tunes resonated from Talban Katagum campaign train, the people eagerly anticipated its arrival, knowing that it carried the uplifting message of “Vote Asiwaju Jagaban” for a brighter future.

Whenever Talban Katagum campaign train made its presence known at the market, public places, highways, and other locales, it effortlessly brought smiles to people’s faces. This remarkable train embodied renewed hope, casting a radiant light that illuminated their spirits.

Even in the face of economic challenges orchestrated by Emefiele and his associates, who sought to disrupt the electoral process by canceling elections due to uprisings, Talban Katagum served as a beacon of resilience and optimism. He shared money, cars, lands etc to ensure APC and Jagaban win election no matter what. Why giving names of people that contributed nothing in bringing in this new Government, some didn’t even show their faces till the Government won.

By Usman Abdullahi Koli, ANIPR Muhammadu Buhari, former President of Nigeria, is no more. For a moment, I felt very shocked and touched. By Usman Abdullahi Koli Greatness is never loud. It does not announce itself with drums or decorate its path with banners. It builds, it gives, it heals, and it walks away quietly, leaving only the sound of impact behind. This is the spirit carried by the Wunti Alkhair Foundation, a vision founded and driven by […]
