SALLAH: Giwa LGA chairman Organizes Prayer Session On Peace, development, distributes gifts to Ulamahs

The Chairman Giwa Local Government, Kaduna state Hon Abubakar Shehu Lawal, has today joined the prayer session with the Council of Ulamah’s for the peace and development of Giwa LG.

The Chairman also stated that, the purpose of this prayers is to bring back peace in Giwa LG and it’s second time for organizing the prayers it was last year same month of Zulhaj, Arfat day.

The Chairman direct the disbursement of funds to the Council Ulamah’s as part of the sallah gift.

The JNI Chairman Giwa LG Sheikh Haliru Uwais, expressed word of appreciation to Chairman Giwa LG towards organizing such prayers and it’s helping the security for clearing insurgency activities in Giwa LG.

He also thanked the Chairman for the disbursement of funds during the prayers, also tasks the imams to continue with the prayers when conducting their daily prayers at home.
