Pastor Julius Olalekan, remarked that the RCCG in the country, is passionate about the plights of the people, especially at the rural areas, by providing them basic social amenities to improve their livelihood.

He enjoined the community leaders to protect the borehole from vandalization for the benefit of the people.

The clergy man assured that the Redeemed Christian Church of God, would continue to extend its community services across all the twenty local government areas of the state and stressed the need for christians to be law-abiding citizens, and live in peace with host communities, for the development of the nation.

In his remarks, Mr Lawi Simon, who spoke on behalf of the Village Head of Rugan Jira Doka, said water intervention by the church brought to an end their quest for potable water in their community.

He commended the RCCG Bauchi for the giant project, adding that the borehole was provided at the right time, when the people are in dear need of portable water.
