RAMADAN: Kano Government expresses satisfaction with the current distribution of food for Iftar

Kano State Government has said it is satisfied with the cooking and distribution of Iftar during Ramadan.

The Chairman of the Breakfast Review Committee and Kano State Commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba, made this known during a tour of cooking facilities in Nassarawa Local Government Area.

Abubakar Balarabe Kofar Naisa, the Media Officer of the Committee and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Broadcast, said the commissioner noted that the cooks were following all the rules laid down for them.

He urged the affluent to support the Kano State Government’s efforts to feed the weak during the holy month of Ramadan for the sake of God.

Malam Muhammad Garba then warned the cooks and breakfasts to adhere to all the guidelines set by the government and commended them for their work.
