Newly appointed Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board members charged to support Governor Bala’s development projects

The Bauchi State Government has tasked the new Board members of the State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board to come up with new modalities that will assist this administration to deliver it’s mandate, particularly services to Pilgrims.

The Special Adviser to the Governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad of Bauchi State, Hon. ISA Babayo Tilde gave the advise at the inaugural meeting with the newly appointed Board members of the State Muslim Pilgrims Board held at the conference Hall of the Board.

Hon Babayo Tilde pointed out that His Excellency made right choice at the Board, expressed optimism that the appointed Board members will not betray the trust of the Governor.

He advised them to work in synergy with the management staff and other Hajj stakeholders to ensure a hitch free Hajj exercises.

In his welcome address, the Executive Secretary of the Board Alh. Abubakar Babangida Tafida Tafidan Giade congratulated the new Board members for the mandate giving to them by the Governor to serve at this capacity.

Reiterating the commitment, Alh. Babangida Tafida expressed loyalty of the management and staff to assist the new Board members in discharging this noble task.

He stressed the need for all hands to continued to be on desk to support the Governor Bala Abdulkadir administration to achieve it’s campaign promises.

Earlier in his remarks the Chairman of the Board Malam Bala Ahmed Limanci expressed his excitement for the unique aportunity giving to them by the Governor to serve the guest of Allah, the Pilgrims.

Malam Bala Limanci promised to justify the confidence reposed on them by His Excellency Senator Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad.

He used the forum charged his members, the management and staff of the Board to fear Allah while discharging their official responsibilities.

In a similar development the Special Adviser on Pilgrims affairs Hon ISA Babayo Tilde applauded the Governor for embarking on Multi Million Naira Modern Hajj Camp situated inside Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport, Bauchi.

Babayo Tilde made the remarks when he led the new Board members and management staff to inspect the on going project, noting that the project reached 85-90% completion.

According to him the Camp is the biggest in Nigeria in terms of size and facilities which includes: a large Multi purpose Hall, a big Jummuat Mosque, a large screening Hall, clinic, offices, three domitories for camping Pilgrims, Central kitchen to mention but a few.
