In times of danger it is important people act together. It’s very sad to realise that up to date no single pragmatic approach to Execute a strong capital project that will save the live and properties of the loyal indigenous people of Cheledi, Riban Garmu, Wuro Danga, Badara and remaining areas of Kirfi Local Government that are effected by the disastrous flood that render thousands homeless.
Kirfi Local Government is in a serious situation that needs actions not words. The life of the people is in fear of the return of rainy season because of the disaster we witness last year. I’m not praying for something like this to happen again but we must get medicine for our illness before it take us to grave.

GOVERNMENT SUPPORT

We are very happy with the way we receive immediate supports from the agencies concern and we must appreciate the effort of the Governor of Bauchi State Senator Bala Muhammad Abdulkadir, his Working cycle the Member Bauchi state House of Assembly Abdulqadeer Umar Dewu and Malam Musa Garba Bara the chairman of Kirfi Local Government area.
The support with foodstuffs, medicines and very important house materials is a very commendable move from the government and we appreciate it.
After we appreciate the efforts, we cry and beg for a lasting solution that will inhibits future occurrence.
During the visit of his Excellency, he mentioned that “a technical team will access the damages and provide a way forward to bring a lasting solution to the problem and we seriously need this action now before it’s too late”.
I also use this medium to register our plead with the Member Bauchi state House of Assembly Representing Kirfi, Abdulqadeer Umar Dewu to consider raising this motion again as a matter of urgency to the Executive of the state and look for other alternatives because we believe you didn’t sleep on the issue but we beg for more actions.
The Executive chairman should also consider out of the budgets of the Local Government to implement a solution that will prevent any future occurrence.
Honorable Musa Pali should also see this as an opportunity to represent his people in the Parliament and cry for help to us, the people of Kirfi Local Government.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

The very important step to achieve a strong success in every community is through CDS community development services. We must from the District heads to the imams to the elders to the youths have approach because the problems effect all of us. Let us have roundtable meetings and bring an actions steps to prevent and protect our lives and Properties.

Thank you!
Please we need action now.

Tag anyone concern to help in finding lasting Solution to this problem.

By Usman Abdullahi Koli Greatness is never loud. It does not announce itself with drums or decorate its path with banners.
