Join The Fight Against Climate Change, ACReSAL Tells Kano People.

The Kano State Coordinator of the Agro Climate Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscape, ACReSAL, Dr. Dahiru Muhammad Hashim, has called on the people of Kano state, especially the youth, to join the fight against climate change.

Dr. Dahiru made the call during a live program on Martaba FM’s Facebook page.

He said the fight against climate change is everybody’s responsibility, as government alone cannot do it.

According to him, climate change affects us in one way or the other, hence the need for the citizens most especially youths to join the campaign against climate change, so as to have a better place to live.

Dr. Dahiru said they are building the capacity of Non-governmental organizations on climate change issues in order to address the menace in local communities.
