JIBWIS Leadership holds 2022 Preaching Session in Bauchi, cautions youth against social vices

Members of the Jama’atul Izalatul Bidi’a Wa’iqamatussunnah JIBWIS National headquarters Jos founded by Al-Sheaikh Ismaila Idris Ibn Zakariyya has Converged in Bauchi state for the 2022 preaching session (Wa’azin Kasa) held at the Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium Bauchi.

The national chairman of the Council of Ulamas Sheikh Sani Yahya Jingir said the essence of organizating the Preaching Session (Wa’azin kasa) in Bauchi was based on the track record by the state Governor in supporting religious activities as well as promoting peace and stability of the country.

Sheikh Sani Yahya Jingir use the medium to call on Youth in the country to desist from engaging themselves into social vices, thurgery among others that will bring about insecurity in the country.

The Islamic cleric also stressed the need on people to always pray to Almighty Allah in order to overcome all the challenges affecting the country, to include Insecurity and Corona virus pandemic.

He therefore called on Muslims fellow to ensure that they obtain their Voters card for them to vote competent leaders during the 2023 general election, while praying for peace to rain not only in Bauchi state but Nigeria at large.

Speaking at the occasion, the Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad thank the JIBWIS National headquarters Jos for selecting Bauchi to host this years preaching session (Wa’azin Kasa).

Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad also announced land allocation for the construction of JIBWIS Islamic University in Bauchi while assuring the people of the State that his administration would continue to initiate and implement policies and programmes aimed at improving the well-being.

He therefore appreciated the commitment of Izalah for promotion of Islamic knowledge for the benefit of Muslims, and assured his administration’s support for more success.

Our Correspondent Sani Adamu Hassan who was at the venue of the events gathered that people and Islamic cleric from different part of the country attended the preaching session and pray for peacefull coexistence in the Country.
