On your assumption to power in Zamfara State, we thought it early to confirm or refute speculations about your seriousness or determination to fight the menace of banditry.

But it’s about 5 months now and we’ve seen no any strategy or commitment to this challenge. The only thing keeps ringing the ears of Zamfara people is; we will not dialogue but fight them. Mr. Governor when and how as these bandits have brought the fight to your doorsteps.

The Governor’s lack of seriousness on insecurity is unfolded as no strategy has been taken to put a stop to the menace.

I want to inform the Governor that his main campaign promises is to curtail the insecurity challenges in the state within the shortest period of time but nothing has been done and he’s busy on his foreign trips leaving his state bleeding.

The State is completely a red zone area where nothing is going on. People are loosing their lives and properties, no sympathy from the governor and his administration.

Stop wasting time and be bold to consult extensively with the necessary stakeholders now. Enough of the noise!

By Usman Abdullahi Koli, ANIPR It is difficult to put into words the story of a man whose life was not just lived but felt deeply, genuinely, and profoundly.
