Governor Bala Commissions Gedu-Oroki, Sabo-Ashipa roads in Ibadan, calls on Nigerians to put aside tribalism

Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has called on Nigerians to put aside tribalism, sectionalism, regionalism, religion and ethnic bigotry.

Bala Mohammed was speaking during the commissioning ceremony of Gedu-Oroki, Sabo-Ashipa roads in Ibadan, Oyo state capital where he added that Nigeria will be great again if citizens are united.

He applauded the tremendous achievements of his Oyo counterpart, Governor Seyi Makinde in the area of education, health and poverty alleviation adding that the state under the PDP administration is progressing.

According to Governor Bala, Seyi Makinde, being an accomplished and technocratic leader has restructured Oyo state using the available resources to improve the lives of his people.

While commending the Oyo Governor for the warm welcome he received, Bala Mohammed said Makinde has come to governance with plans and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is proud of his outstanding performances.

Responding, Governor Seyi Makinde commended Bala Mohammed for honoring his invitation to Oyo saying that his recent visit to Bauchi has inspired him to do more having seen the outstanding performance of Bala Mohammed in roads, health and education.
