Gov. Matawalle condoles with Zulum over demise of his Father-in-law

Governor Bello Mohammed has condoled with Governor Babagana Umara Zullum over the demise of his father-in-Law, Alhaji Kauna Bulama Kyari.

Governor Matawalle said he received the news of the death and immedeately refered to the Almighty, knowing fully well that Allah has a way full of wisdom beyond the comprehension of mankind.

“Allah gave him to us as a father. We loved him and he loved us. It is part of Allah’s wisdom to take him away from us and we must all submit to this. There is nothing left for us now than to continue praying for the repose of his soul”, Governor Matawalle noted.

Governor Matawalle was later led by his Borno state counterpart to the family house of his wife, daughter of the deceased, Hajiya Falmata Umara Zullum where Governor Matawalle condoled them as well.

He described the loss of a loved one, especially a parent, as not only a loss, but a great vacuum in one’s life. He then, prayed to the Almighty Allah for a repose on the soul of the late Bulama Kyari.

In his response, Governor Zullum thanked Governor Matawalle for the visit and prayed for Allah to reward him abundantly. He described the gesture from Matawalle as brotherly and an act of love and to his family and Borno state a whole.

Late Alhaji Bulama died at the age of 80 years after a protracted illless.
