Global BATS- Vanguard appoints Baba Abba Misau as Director of research

The Global BATS- Vanguard chairman Ambassador Dare Owotomobi has approved the Appointment of Baba Abba Misau as Director of research, North east Zone of the Organisation.

This was contain in a statement sign by the Senior special assistant, public communication office of the Global BATS- vanguard Abuja, Dennis Damulak Dateer an made available to news men.

The statement indicate that the Global Chairman, Ambassador Dr Dare Owotomobi uses the opportunity to congratulate Baba Abba Misau for the well deserved appointment, and urged him to work towards the success of BATS-VANGUARD for the enthronement of the Leader.

Baba Abba Misau was born in Misau, Bauchi State on 10th June, 1960.As a meticulous researcher, a professional administrator and a seasoned politician, Abba Misau attended Primary School in Misau from 1967 to 1974.

Obtained his WASC in1979 and got his Interim Joint Matriculation Board at the famous Bauchi College of Arts and Sciences in 1982.

Abba Misau bagged his Geography Degree in 1987 from the prestigious Bayero University, Kano.

He was employed in the Customs Service in 1990 as Assistant Superintendent of Customs but resigned from the Customs Service in 1991 and joined a private Organisation, Rufa’i & Son’s Limited as Internal Auditor.

Abba Misau had interest in politics and joined partisan political activities in 2002 as APP Secretary for his Local Government.

Abba contested for LG Chairman twice under the then opposition ANPP.

The Researcher cum Politician joined the academia as Geography Lecturer at the then A.D Rufa’i College for Legal & Islamic Studies, Misau but even then did not leave active politics and so was appointed as ANPP State Secretary for Bauchi.

He was the State Administrative Secretary, Congress for Progressive Change CPC which later formed alliance with other political parties and formed the All Progressives Congress APC when it was registered.

Abba contested for Member, House of Representatives under the platform of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2011.

The professional Administrator, Researcher and Politician is a Fellow, Institute of Industrialists and Corporate Administrators.Baba Abba Misau was happily married.

According to the statement, the appointment takes immediate effect.
