EMPOWERMENT: Bauchi lawmaker supports his constituents with cash

A member representing Ganjuwa East at the Bauchi state house of assembly Honourable Gazali Abubakar has donated millions of Naira to his constituents.

The gesture is part of the Hon. Member’s cash grants empowerment programme,  geared towards helping people of his constituency which gave more attention to women folk.

The event, which took place at the Secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Bauchi, witnessed a large turn out of APC faithful, members of Bauchi state house of assembly, among others.

While commenting, member representing Lame constituency, called on the beneficiaries to judiciously use the money to advance their wealth.

In his remarks, the member representing Ganjuwa East at the Bauchi state house of assembly, Honourable Gazali Abubakar, reiterated his commitment towards improving the living condition of his constituents, promising to sustain the efforts.

In their vote of thanks, Dada Alti Soro, Hashimu Adamu, thanked the lawmaker for the gesture, saying that this is not the first time they are benefiting from his gesture.
