Politicians in Nigeria have been cautioned to be mindful of their utterances and desist from any act or gesture that will jeopardise the democracy of Nigeria.

President General of non indigen residents in Bauchi under the aegies of Community Leaders Association (CLA) Chief Mattew Osochukwu gave the caution on Wednesday while speaking to journalists in Bauchi.

He equally urged opposing candidates on the 2023 general election in Nigeria to accept the decision of the court on the outcome of the election whether it favours or disfavours them.

Chief Mattew Osochukwu who however said INEC did not entirely fulfil its promise to Nigeria especially on electronic upload of result submit that acceptance of court decision is what will make Nigeria stronger as a Nation.

He argued that the disappointment from the way INEC managed the election was the genesis of the concerns of many opposition Parties who lost at the polls.

He believed that INEC would have averted the blames and counter blames currently ongoing adding that the Judiciary should live up to expectation as the last hope of the common man.

According to him, It is only the court that has the final say as such everyone should take court decision in good Faith to avoid brewing ill thoughts that may not mean well for the entity of Nigeria as a whole.
