CHRISTMAS: Bauchi Lawmaker pledges for unity, peaceful coexistence

Christians communities in Bauchi have been urged to live in peace with one another irrespective of their sociopolitical differences.

The called was made by member representing Bogoro constituency at the Bauchi state house of assembly Honourable Musa Wakili Nakwada during Christmas church service held at Cocin centre RCC Bogoro local government area of Bauchi state.

Musa Nakwada said peace is the catalyst for development noting that no any meaningful development can be achieved in atmosphere of rancor.

“If we live in peace with one another we will be witness unprecedented development”.

Nakwada pointed out that even at the Bauchi state house of assembly he is the only Christian but they have good working synergy.

The lawmaker thanked Bauchi state governor Bala Muhammed for constituting a committee to work for the creation of Saya chiefdom.

While commenting the village head of Bogoro Nuhu Tafida appreciate the kind gesture of Hon.Musa Nakwada for renovation of churches,mosques at his constituency.

The village head admonished Christians to celebrate Christmas with decorum.

In his sermon Pastor Musa P. Bogoro who read from Iseah chapter 9 verse 6-7 Jesus is prince of peace.
