Breaking: The Speaker of 9th Bauchi Assembly re-elected for second term

The member Abubakar Y. Suleiman representing Ningi central constituency was elected Tuesday 20th June at the 10th Assembly inauguration.

There 22 members elected on the platform of People Democratic Party (PDP) and 8 were elected from All Progressives Congress (APC) also the New Nigeria People Party (NNPP) has one member respectively.

Abubakar Suleiman is a member of PDP from Ningi Local government area of Bauchi State.

He was nominated by one of member elect Mubarak Haruna Mairakumi from Jama’are constituency and seconded by Auwal Hassan Shira.

While member representing Bauchi central Jamilu Umaru Dahiru elected as Deputy speaker.

The event was attended by top government officials party faithful among others
