Bauchi Muslim Pilgrims Board seek for a stronger partnership with the Media organizations

The Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has solicited for a strong collaboration with Media organizations to enable him deliver a quality service to state pilgrims.

The Executive Secretary of the Board Imam Abdurahman Ibrahim Idris made the request when the management of Albarka Radio Bauchi paid him a courtesy visit today in his office. Saying “working with the media would be giving desired priority”.

Imam Abdulrahman commended the Media Houses for their patriotic efforts in sensitising citizens in the state on the good policies and programmes of Governor Bala Muhammad administration, urged them to maintain the tempo.

He noted that his board has concluded arrangements to embark on a special programmes at the Media Houses on Government interventions towards the welfare of state pilgrims, asked for the Media’s continuous support in the area of information dissemination.

Earlier the General Manager of the Albarka Radio Alhaji Dauda Chiroma expressed his organisation’s willingness to work with Board and pledged to continue with the good working relationship with the Board.

In a similar development the organization, Coalition Arewa Justice and Integrity paid a courtesy call on the Executive Secretary in his office.

While delivering a congratulatory portrait calenders of the Executive Secretary, sponsored by the Coalition group, the National Chairman Coalition Arewa Justice and Integrity Yusuf Tanko said the visit aimed at to congratulate Imam Abdurahman Ibrahim Idris for his well deserved appointment by His Excellency, Governor Bala Muhammad and to wish him the best.

Responding the Executive Secretary Imam Abdurahman described the visit as timely solidarity visit and promised to justify the confidence reposes in him.
