Bauchi Governor sworn in two special advisers, other members of commissions

The Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has today sworn in eight appointees into various responsibilities.

Those sworn are; Dalladi Mohammed Danbaba as Special Adviser on Poverty Alleviation, Yakubu Barau Ningi, Special Adviser on Rural Development, Mohammed Nasiru Yalwa and Dr. Garba Babale as members of the Civil Service Commission while Dr. Garba Babale as member, State Assembly Service Commission.

Others are; Retired CP Hamisu Makama, Alhassan Musa of the Chambers of Commerce and Abdullahi Maigari of Police Community Relations Committee as additional members into the Panel of Inquiry on Abuses of Human Rights in Bauchi State.

Presiding over the ceremony held at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Bauchi, Governor Bala announced his administration’s plan in 2021 in the sectors of Poverty Alleviation, Rural Development and Civil Service.

The Governor called on the appointees to use their experiences in order to assist in tackling the challenges facing the state.
