Bauchi Governor congratulates Christians on this year’s Christmas celebration

The Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has called on Christians to use this year’s Christmas celebration to pray to God for better things ahead.

Governor Bala in his message, extended his warm and sincere gratitude and goodwill to Christian brothers and sisters on the celebration.

The Governor advised them as they celebrate Christmas, they should also reflect on routine activities since the last Christmas.

He joined other Nigerians in congratulating Christians on this year’s Christmas celebration and appealed to them to extend hands of fellowship to adherents of other religions.

Governor Bala said Christmas period should be an opportunity for Christians to cultivate the habit of love, respect and harmonious relationship with other members of the society.

The Governor therefore called for adherence to COVID-19 protocols while celebrating the period to assist government in tackling the spread of the virus.
