BASEPA to Collaborate with MEDA in Environmental Activities and Initiatives

The Bauchi State Environmental Protection Agency (BASEPA) will partner with an international organization Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA)

This was disclosed today when the Country Project Manager of the Organization Mrs Fosen Grace and the Environment Technology Coordinator, Mr Salihu Samuel Wander visited the Director General of the Agency Dr Ibrahim Kabir MNES FSEPH FIICA in his office.

The Country project Coordinator said the visit is to seek for collaborations with the Agency in the areas of Environmental activities and initiatives.

Responding, the Director General welcome the delegation and promised to work with them in harmony to achieve sustainable development.

The Director General further said, one of the strategies adopted by the Agency under his leadership that led to many success is partnering with relevant stakeholders and today’s visit by the MEDA is a welcome development and promised to work in synergy to ensure clean and healthy environment.

MEDA is an international organization that promotes agricultural lead economic growth among women and youths in Bauchi, Katagum, Jama’are, Dass, Toro, Ganjuwa and Warji.
