Kebbi Gov. condoles with Speaker over death of his In-law

Kebbi State Governor, Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu was in Lolo, a border town in Bagudo local Government this Thursday to condole with the speaker, Kebbi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Muhammad Sani Abubakar Lolo over the death of his In-law, Alhaji Muhammadu Sabo Councillor.

Late Alhaji Muhammadu Sabo who is a former Councillor died on Wednesday after a protracted illness in his country home, Lolo.

The Governor prayed Allah to forgive him , admit him into Aljannah Firdausi and give his family the fortitude to bear the loss.

‘ Iam here to condole with you and the people of Lolo over the death of Alhaji Muhammadu Sabo.

‘ May his soul rest in peace and Aljannah Firdausi his final abode ‘, he prayed.

Responding on behalf of the bereaved family, the Speaker, Kebbi State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Muhammad Sani Abubakar Lolo thanked the governor for the visit and prayed Allah to take him back home with his entourage safely.

The deceased, Alhaji Muhammadu Sabo Councillor died at the age of 87. He is survived by two wives and seven children.

The Governor was accompanied on the visit by the younger brother to the Speaker, APC Zonal Vice Chairman, Kebbi North, Alhaji Sahabi Lolo .

On arrival in Lolo, Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu was received by the APC Senatorial candidate, Kebbi North, Dr. Hussaini Kangiwa, Chairman of Dandi local Government, Hon AbdulSalam Jibril Kamba, his Bagudo counterpart , Hon Aliyu Sambo Zagga as well as other prominent people of the area.
