Zamfara State government is to partner with World Bank on $750.00 million under the World Bank group – backed State Action on Business Enabling Reforms (SABER) programme.
The program is a project financing plan aimed at generating millions of full-time jobs and lift 100 million people out of poverty by creating enabling business enviroment for their businesses to grow.
The Commissioner Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Alh. Yazeed Shehu Danfulani (Turakin Zamfara) said, the programme will focus on private sector development in areas of retail, manufacturing, media, health and a range of other services.
The Turaki of Zamfara added that the people of the state will benefit from the program.
