The atmosphere of Zaranda Hotel Bauchi, on Saturday was scenting nothing short of royalty. The pleasantry of the scent, one was quick to observe magneted mahmooth crowd from the length and breadth of Bauchi metropolis. This is not to mention highly placed figures that flew into the state from outside and within Nigeria just to be a witness of this noble union.

The calibre of the Groom, Prince Chima Patrick Anyanwu, Son of his highness Eze Patrick Anyanwu the king of Imo (Eze Imo) in Bauchi State as well as National President, Nigeria Hotel Association is better said than imagined. The same can be said of the Bride, Dr. Chidera Sylvia Ibeh daughter of Sir, and Lady CY Ibeh.

If you understand an average Igbo person, you will respect and admit that their union as husband and wife was one of the rare events with the audacity to compel Igbo people to keep their shops locked, just to be part of it. This happened on Saturday the 25th of June 2022 as the whole city almost went on break for Prince and his the other half.

There is no other joy that can greet any parent than to see the success of their children climaxed in starting to make a beautiful home through marriage. Consequntly, the joy of the parents of the couple was but filled ti the brim.

Father of the Groom and President Nigeria Hotel Association (NHA) his highness Eze Patrick Anyanwu expressed it when he said, “Today is another good day in my life. I am happy to be alive to witness my son’s Wedding, I pray to be alive and see his Children Children”.

This excitement was not just in the face of the parents of the Groom and the Bride, it also transcends to every lover of good and noble thing that witnessed the occasion. The joy that hovered around the area will tell more about this.

Father of the Bride Sir CY told Ibeh told us that he felt so elated even as his daughter made him proud with flying colours from Presigious Madona University.

Mothers of the couple Lọlọ Ugoeze Anyanwu and Lady Bitrus Ibeh both showered words of prayer on their children as they head to their matrimonial home.

To say the least, the union was the talk of the town. Foods and drinks you would expect came in varieties and none left with less than two rounds based on what your stomach can accommodate.

As Prince Chima Patrick Anyanwu and Dr Chidera Sylvia Ibeh tie the knot, one can only but wish them the best marriage offers.
