ATAPOLY Bauchi, embarks on a two weeks strike

The development followed the decision by the National executive council of the Academic staff union of polytechnics ASUP.

In line with the decision ASUP Atap chapter is shutdown all academic activities for the said period under review.

In a statement jointly signed by it chairman Dahiru Musa Abdullahi and the secretary Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar, the union is with mixed feelings on Wednesday 11/5/2022 decided to embark on a two weeks definite strike feom 16th to 30th May 2022.

“Parents guardians, students and the general public should exercise patience as we sympathize with situation but the strike action remain the only option left for the union”

The union urged students to continue studying their books at home before the said period
