PLATEAU BYE-ELECTION: Governor Bala congratulates PDP, calls for unity

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has congratulated the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) over it’s recent victory in Plateau by-election.

Governor Bala who served as the co-chairman, Campaign Council of the PDP during the poll, was speaking to newsmen at Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport Bauchi where he applauded the dedication and hard work of the campaign council and members of the committee.

According to Bala Mohammed the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) remains strong and united, adding that the Party will continue to win polls considering its tremendous achievements and determination to improving the lives of Nigerians.

While commending stakeholders, religious groups and youth organizations for ensuring free and fair election, peace and unity, Governor Bala said Nigeria’s democracy can only be strengthened if do-or-die politics is fought.
