NIGERIA @61: Governor Bala celebrates with Nigerians

The Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed celebrates the Nigeria’s 61st Independence Anniversary with Nigerians calling on them to live peacefully with one another.

The 61st anniversary according to Governor Bala should be used to reflect on the dedication, sacrifice and service of Nigeria’s founding fathers.

He added that his administration is determined to taking measures to strengthen the security of lives and properties of citizens of the state saying that the sector would continue to be top priority.

Governor Bala however said his administration is not unmindful of the hardship being faced as a result of the downturn in the Nation’s economy saying that the storm is temporary.

He therefore assured that his administration will continue to provide palliative measures with a view to curbing the hardships through the Kaura Economic Empowerment Program (KEEP).

Governor Bala called on Nigerians to rededicate, be patriotic and make sacrifices to ensure Nigeria is put on the path of greatness.
