KIRFI FLOOD: Governor Bala sympathizes with victims

Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed today paid an assessment visit to the scene of flood disaster in Kirfi Local Government Area of the State.

Addressing the communities, Governor Bala sympathized with them and assured them of his administration’s support.

The Governor said the State Government has already provided palliative to the victims with essential materials to be provided to ease their sufferings.

Governor Bala used the medium to debunk reports that say thirteen person lost their lives as a result of the flood in the area saying that properties worth millions of naira lost with about 2000 houses affected.

Members of the Bauchi State House of Assembly who sympathized with the victims thanked Governor Bala for his concern and quick intervention.
