The NYSC Anti-Corruption Community Development Service Group Batagarawa local government area of Katsina state, organized their second sensitization programme for students of Aunty Nike Group of Schools, Katsina.

The programme, which took place on Thursday, had dangers and solutions of examination malpractices in schools as its theme.

The insight-loaded session was handled by three members of the CDS group by the names of Mba Romanus, Musa Yakubu and Yunana Loving Maigara, who extensively spoke about a number of important issues related to corrupt practices among students.

The speakers, reiterated the need for the students to stay away from any form of corrupt practices in schools and be rather committed to their studies, emphasizing that this is the easiest pathway to success.

Ambali Abdulkabeer, the CDS President, who gave a post-lecture remark, admonished the students to be good ambassadors of their parents, the school and the country at large, while making it known that examination malpractice is a grave, punishable offence.

He also noted that hard work is key to excellence and that it is not responsible for the students to pursue those ways, which may encourage examination malpractice.

The Secretary-General of the group, Adediran Gbolahan Adisa gave a closing remark, noting that nothing expels the idea of examination practice from the minds of students other than hard work, consistency and focus.

He urged the students to be of good conduct in school and pay attention in classes.

While appreciating the school, on behalf of the CDS group, for the opportunity to speak with the students, the President coordinated the formation of Anti-Corruption Club in the school.

The group promised a consistent visitation to the school.
