STAFF APPRAISAL: Albarka Radio Bauchi awards outstanding performing staff

As part of its effort to raise the motivation of staff, the management of Albarka Radio Bauchi has organized an appraisal ceremony where all outstanding performing staff were awarded with cash and merit certificates.

Speaking at the ceremony held at the station’s premises in Bauchi, the General Manager of the station Alhaji Dauda Mohammed Chiroma said the gesture was to make staff redouble their efforts towards exbiting high sense of professionalism while performing their assigned duties.

Dauda Chiroma also noted that the station is to present educated programmes in the year 2021 for the benefit of its teeming listeners.

Speaking at the occasion, the chapel Chairman of N.U.J Comrade Ibrahim Bababa called on Management to reintroduce training of staff which according to him would encourage the staff to do more.

Speaking on behalf of the Awardees, Tasiu Hassan expressed delight for the awards saying that it would encourage them drastically.

Awardees are Tasiu Hassan as best reporter of the year, Muhd Sani Muazu as best reporter of the month and Muktar Saleh as best marketer of the month.

Others are Amina Aliyu as best Caster of the year and Ode as best Caster of the month.

The rest are Fatima Muhd Bununu as best Presenter while Mansur Emerged as dedicated security officer.

Some friends of Albarka radio attended the occasion and congratulated the awardees.
