NORTH EAST YOUTH GROUP COMMISERATES WITH BAUCHI GOVERNMENT OVER NINGI EMIR’S DEATH.

The North East Youth Reformation Forum, popularly known as Mafita Ga Matasan Arewa Maso Gabas has commiserated with Bauchi State government and Ningi Emirate Council over the death of Emir of Ningi, Alhaji Yunusa Muhammadu Danyaya.

A statement signed by Chairman of the forum Comrade Abdulrazak Sani Albany and the Public Relations Officer, Comrade Jibrin Hussaini Kundum, described the death as a great loss to the state, the north east, the north and the nation at large.

The statement describes the late Emir as a leader per excellence who died when his advice is needed the most especially at this time of economic and political turmoil.

According to the statement Alhaji Yunusa Muhammadu Dan-Yaya during his life time has contributed immensely to traditional institutions’ development in northern Nigeria, promoting peace, unity, and tackling security challenges in his Emirate.

The statement quoted the Forum’s Chairman, Comrade Abdul’razak Sani Albany to have commiserated with North East States’ Governors, particularly Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, over the irreparable loss.

It also prays Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

The monarch who reigned for 46 years passed away at the age of 88 during a protracted illness.
