Governor Bala vows to deal with killers of district head son, promised Discreet Investigation.

Governor Bala Muhammad of Bauchi has vowed to deal with the culprit responsible for the killing of Muhammad Ghani, the late son of District Head of Miri.

Recall that Muhammad Ghani was shot dead by an unknown assailant last Thursday during a traditional dubar pocessition known as Hawan daushe in Bauchi metropolis, an incident that generated a public outcry.

The governor was speaking at Council Chamber of the Government house Bauchi when he granted audience to the Royal family of Malam Yakubun Bauchi.

Bala Muhammad who condole the Bauchi Royal family over the incident assured that already a thorough investigation has since commenced with a view of bringing those responsible to face the full wrath of the law.

He appreciated the unwavering support of traditional institution to the success of his administration said the there dedication, commitment and patriotism will never go unnoticed.

According the him the the newly constructed square at the Government house named after the Emir of Bauchi Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu was in recognition of his tireless contribution to the development of the state.

Earlier the leader of the delegation, The Bunun Bauchi Alhaji Aminu Adamu Jumɓa said the visit was to pay Sallah Homage and to show their appreciation to the Governor for naming the newly constructed square at the government house after the Emir of Bauchi Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu .

He commended the Governor for the execution of various developmental projects in the state as well as rebranding the places of traditional leaders in the state.

 

The delegation consist The district head of Bauchi town Nuru Adamu Jumɓa, Marafan Bauchi Yakubu Abdullahi and other members of the Royal family.
