Bauchi SWAN Gets New Ex-Officio

The Sports writters Association of Nigeria (SWAN) has appointed Abbas Shehu Gungura (Osculator) as ex-officio member from Bauchi state North East Nigeria.

Abbas Gungura was nominated to serve as member in the Isaiah Benjamin led administration as approved by the National executive council of the Association.

The appointment was made known in a sign statement by the National secretary of SWAN, Ikenna Okonkwo said the nominee Abbas Gungura (Osculator) appoint to serve as a full member of SWAN National body.

“Therefore, you are expected to justify the confidence reposed in you by the President and NEC in carrying out your duties for the growth of the Association”.

To this end the Statement ask Mr. Gungura to notify the Association his acceptance in writing within 48 hours, from the date of receiving the letter, the Statement read in part.
