Gov Idris appoints new Perm. Sec, approves postings of others

Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu has approved the appointment of Dr. Shehu Nuhu Koko of Koko Besse Local Government as a new Permanent Secretary.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Kebbi State Head of Service, Alhaji Safiyanu Garba Bena and made available to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi on Monday.

The new appointee has also been posted to the Ministry of Health.

According to the statement, Gov. Idris has also approved the postings of Permanent Secretaries in the State.

The postings are as follows: Muhammad Sani Umar, Ministry for Local Government, Garba Umar Dutsinmare, Ministry of Finance, Aisha Usman, Ministry of Budget, Zaki Dahiru, Cabinet Affairs , Aliyu Mustapha Gwandu, Kebbi Government House, Joel Aiki, Ministry of Agriculture and Kabiru Aliyu, SAN, Ministry of Justice.

Others include: Aishatu M. Maikurata, Ministry of Women Affairs, Ahmad Yarima, Ministry of Commerce , Kudirat Shuaibu Diri , Ministry of Environment, as well as Ibrahim Umar, Ministry of Water Resources.

The rest are Mustapha Abubakar Tata, Protocol Affairs Department, Suleiman Sani Augie, General Administration, Saidu Buhari Warah, Ministry of Information, Aliyu Labaran, Special Services Department and Abubakar Ahmed, Ministry of Lands

The postings are with immediate effect and handing over notes should be submitted on or before 14th June ,2023.
