21 LG Sole Administrators take oath of office in Kebbi

Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu has presided over the swearing in of 21 Local Government Sole administrators screened by the Kebbi State House of Assembly.

The Governor warned the newly sworn in Sole Administrators of Local Governments to remain in their localities to serve the people diligently with sincerely of purpose.

Comrade, Dr. Nasir Idris gave the warning immediately after presiding over the oath taking administered by Justice Sabi’u Shu’aibu Bala of the State High Court in Birnin Kebbi this Tuesday.

The Governor reminded them that their appointment was premised on merit and service track record which made it incumbent on them to perform to expectations.

He cautioned the Sole Administrators against making the state capital their permanent abode, abandoning their areas of jurisdiction without reason.

Responding on behalf of his colleagues, the Sole Administrator of Birnin Kebbi Local Government, Alhaji Dahiru Nayaya Ambursa, thanked the governor for giving them an opportunity to serve the people, pledging loyalty and support to the present administration.
