“We now form ourselves as G-11 so that we can solidly support the candidate we deem fit to be the Governor of Bauchi state, so we have endorsed Governor Bala Mohammed to emerge victorious in the forthcoming polls”, Bature said.

He explained that Governor Bala Mohammed has performed creditably well to the admiration of the generality of people of Bauchi state, saying “We believe in the developmental giant strides of Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed.

“It was not long ago we left the APC to support the PDP because we believe in the developmental projects and strength of Governor Bala Mohammed, we also believe in his personality, we believe that he is a goods to deliver”.

Andy who is a secretary of G-11 in a press briefing on Saturday stated, “Apart from the rumours that people are taking here and there, that the G11 left the APC under Sadique Abubakar. We were hitherto Tinubu/Marshal G11 Singers that we left to now endorse Governor Bala Mohammed”.

Mr. Andy Bature however debunked the insinuations that the G11 left the APC because of the power tussles of leadership among the musicians, saying “that was never the reason”.

“The reason was solely because we have realized that we were in the APC with Air Marshal just as marriage of convenience, but now coming to endorse Governor Bala Mohammed is a thing of conscious, it is a journey of conscious”.

Bature described Governor Bala Mohammed as the most qualified to steer the ship of Bauchi state looking at how he transformed the state within such a short period of time to the envy if its peers.
