2021 CHRISTMAS: Governor Bala celebrates with christians in Bauchi

Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Mohammed, Bauchi has received in audience, members of the Bauchi State chapter of the Nigeria Christian Association (CAN) who paid him a Christmas homage at Government House Bauchi.

Speaking at the occasion, Governor Bala congratulated and charged them to use the period for sober reflection.

He enjoined Christians to extend hands of fraternity and fellowship to the adherents of other religions to reflect on the life and times of Jesus Christ who used his life time to preach peace, honesty, love and tolerance.

The Governor reiterated the need for mutual understanding and respect for one another as well as peaceful coexistence among other various groups for the maintenance of peace and security.

Earlier, Chairman of the Bauchi State chapter, Nigerian Christian Association (CAN), Reverend Abraham expressed gratitude to Governor Bala for his gesture to Christian community in the state.

The CAN chairman said to reciprocate the governor’s gesture, the CAN in collaboration with churches have embarked on massive prayers for the success of the present administration in the state.
