The Emir of Zazzau His Highness Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli has this afternoon approved the reconstitution of Members of the Emirate Council for efficiency and effective service delivery.
A statementSigned by the Media and Publicity Officer, of the emirate ABDULLAHI ALIYU KWARBAI, revealed. The statement reads in part;
‘In line with the Kaduna State Government Laws on Chieftency Affairs as passed by the State Legislature and Signed by the Executive Governor of Kaduna State Malam Nasiru Ahmed El-Rufa’i”.
The newly reconstituted Council Members are;
1. FULL TIME MEMBERS:-
a) Wazirin Zazzau Khadi Muhammadu Inuwa Aminu
b) Galadiman Zazzau Alhaji Nuhu Aliyu
c) Sarkin Fadan Zazzau Alhaji Abbas Ahmed Fatika
d) Fagacin Zazzau Alhaji Umaru Mohammed
e) Makama Karami Alhaji Mohammed Abbas
f) Limamin Jumma’a Alhaji Dalhatu Kasim Imam and
g) Limamin Kona Alhaji Ahmad Ahmad Khalifa.
Similarly, the Emirate Council is now expanded with the appointment of the most Senior Title Holders from the Four Ruling Dynasties in the Emirate to serves as Council Members on Part Time Basis.
As such His Highness the Emir of Zazzau has equally approved the appointments on a Part Time Basis
1. Magajin Garin Zazzau Alhaji Mansur Nuhu Bamalli been a representative from the MALLAWA DYNASTY.
2. Madakin Zazzau District Head of Basawa Alhaji Muhammadu Munnir Ja’afaru as representative of BARE-BARI DYNASTY
3. Dangaladiman Zazzau District Head of Rigasa Arch. Aminu Umar Idris as the representative from the KATSINAWA DYNASTY and
4. Makaman Raya Kasan Zazzau Alhaji Shehu Yero will serve in the newly reconstituted Council as a representative from the SULLUBAWA DYNASTY.
Also to serves as Ex-officio in the reconstituted Council, are all the Local Government Council Chairmen in the Emirate.
NEW LIMAMIN KONA APPOINTED
The Emir of Zazzau His Highness Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli has approved the appointment of Malam Ahmad Ahmad Khalifa as the new Limamin Kona.
Aged 48 the new Limamin Kona Ahmad Khalifa who succeeded Late Limamin Kona Malam Muhammadu Sani Aliyu, is the Grand Child of Late Limamin Kona Sani.
The New Limamin Kona Ahmad Ahmad Khalifa have attended many Islamic Course with a vast knowledge on Islamic Jurisprudence is married with children.
